For years, I was running my salon on autopilot. I was working hard, staying busy, and doing what I thought successful business owners were supposed to do—but I wasn’t truly leading my business.

Then life happened.

COVID, becoming a mom again, following advice that wasn’t right for my business, cash flow struggles, growing debt, and the realization that “busy” doesn’t always mean profitable forced me to completely rethink how I was running my companies.

Instead of looking for the next quick fix, I started learning how businesses actually work. I became obsessed with cash flow, pricing, systems, leadership, marketing, and making decisions based on numbers instead of guesswork.

Today, I own and operate multiple businesses, and I’m still learning every single day. I’m not here to pretend I’ve figured everything out. I’m here to document the journey—the wins, the mistakes, the pivots, and the lessons—as I continue building profitable businesses from the inside out.
