Great Use for Matte Cream Shadow
I absolutely love makeup. Clearly 🙂 But one of the things I love the most about it is finding new uses for products. Today’s tip features TWO uses for a customer fave!
Younique’s Matte Cream Shadow is an incredibly smooth, pigmented product that dries to a perfect powder soft finish. Its an easy product to grab when you’re in a hurry and just want some color on your lids quick.
However, today I saw a tip from one of my Team Shine Presenters and I LOVED it, so of course I had to test it out on my own.
First up: Liner!
Using the Liner/Shader brush, I put a little product on the liner end and applied it just as I would a gel liner and it was PERFECT! So smooth and it lasted all day without budging. That included the top and bottom lash line. The shade here that I used is Proud and its a dark brown.
Then, I thought “What about the brows?”
I grabbed the shade “Faithful” (medium brow) and used the same liner brush (cleaned off of course), and filled in my brows with it. Not only did it give me the look I love, it also kept them in place all day! My brows like to wonder throughout the day so this is a HUGE deal for me. I don’t like the “crunchy” feeling that some brow gels can give so I avoid most of them.
