Fun way to introduce exercise to your little one!
I’ve had so much fun these last few days exploring new activities with my son. Here’s another awesome activity we’ve been doing each day! This Activity Cube for Preschoolers is so much fun and super easy to make!
Here’s the details:
I took a square box and taped it shut. I then cut different color construction paper to fit each side of the box. I stuck to basic colors so we could also use this as a color learning activity too.
After I glued the paper to each side of the box, I then wrote different exercises on each side. The ones I used were Touch Toes, Arm Circles, Jumping Jacks, Hop Backwards, Hop on 1 Foot, and Run in Place.
To play, just have your little one roll the cube like you would dice and whatever it lands on, you do! It’s so much fun and my son loves it! This will be great once it starts getting cold and we can’t get outside daily for some activity.
I got this activity idea from the PreschoolPalace.org curriculum.
